Took my car to Alfano Bros. for an insurance repair. They did an excellent job, and in much less time than expected. But what really impressed me was the exceptional customer service. Enzo greeted me immediately when I first walked in the door, then turned me over to Ryan who immediately did an examination of the damage and took down all the information he needed. No waiting at all! When I returned a week later to drop off my car to have the repairs done (yes, just a week!), Ryan went above and beyond to immediately straighten out an issue I was having with getting a rental. Three days later, Patty called to let me know my car was ready, four days early! Enzo and his father did an amazing job on our car. We needed it fixed very quickly and they were able to help us out and complete the job for a great price. Enzo even arranged transportation for us to get to and from our hotel while they fixed the car. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Job was completed in less time than predicted. Although prices are never reasonable anywhere when it comes to body work this place was the best price that I received and they stuck to the estimated amount to the penny. Efficient, friendly and timely.

Very poor quality of work. Garage is dirty with beer bottles strewn everywhere. I made the mistake of letting him do a bumper and paint job on my vehicle only to get back a completely off colour mix and a bumper that's not flush. He gave me some story that it was probably in another accident and there's nothing he can do about it and went on about how the bumper is plastic and different from the body so you never can really get the colour right. Competitor looked at the job he did and knew right away what was wrong and laughed at the colour match up or lack of it. Confronted owner and he refused to pay to have his competitor clean up his mess and then pushed me telling me to get off his property. He would of hit me I am sure if I didn't start videotaping him with my phone. Wow is all I can
