I had previous dealings with Alfaro Auto Repair when Mr. Alfaro owned the shop. Throughout our business relationship, settling accounts became increasingly difficult, with numerous delays and unfulfilled promises. Notably, Mr. Alfaro claimed to have a serious health issue, which, if true, I sincerely hope he recovers from. However, this claim came after many months of pursuit for resolution, and he has since become unreachable after closing his shop. I am writing this review not to reflect on the current mechanics at this location but to share my past experience with Mr. Alfaro. It is important for potential business partners to be aware of this history as they make their decisions. My intention here is to advocate for transparency and trust in business dealings.
