I don’t understand a lot about automotive. I will say I’ve been worried about my truck and the noises it’s making I was scared to see what the bill would be. Alfie‘s got me in quickly. They were also very good at informing me on ways to take better care of my vehicle so that I will get a lot more years out of it Thank you to the whole team very friendly and efficient. I was extremely grateful to how fast they were in checking over my truck and not making it so I would have to wait hours which has been my experience in most places.

Great people! Lisa was amazing at helping me get financing and working around everything to make sure I got it. I went in the shop overwhelmed after my old car had given out at the worst possible time for me and she was very professional and friendly. She always kept me updated on each step. I went to a few other places who just treated me as "another person/customer" took my info but did not seem to care about my questions or concerns, but at alfies they made me feel as if they were actually happy I was there, so I went ahead with them instead. Lisa made sure not to miss a step, making sure that I was on board with everything, going through every detail and if I had a question that she was unsure about she made sure to find out for me. I brought my 2012 Fiesta in for an estimate, I already had an idea of the problems I had with my car (ball joint, tie rods, wheel bearing, washer pump and alignment) Thank you Sault roads!! Alfie was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and did the work promptly. They also have a good warranty system that they follow 3 years/60000km. My impression was that he was honest and gave a fair price for the work.

Most terrible business I have ever been to. Asked them to check my car for starter and alternator issues while back and his excuse I don’t want do any electrical work because I’m not qualified. Take it to another mechanic after Alfie told me alternator was fine and battery and my other mechanic told me the alternator was going and battery was on its last life. These people have the nerve to turn down my business because I told them that and got defensive. Most terrible customer service and the advisor lady is so rude I’m ashamed to ever brought my car there in the first place
