Alfonso Auto Service LlC

I used to take all my vehicles to Alfonso auto service, until I started noticing my cars were running worse, or noticed multiple things broken. Not calling me telling me my cars ready, one of my trucks sat over 6 months after picking up it had a bent wheel cap. My wife's Highlander air box they broke. The last job he did I decided to check behind his work... I paid him to take injectors out to inspect them. If they needed replacing to replace or clean them. I noticed my truck was running worse daily. And that he just cleared check engine light and told me he, himself took injectors out and cleaned them. I decided to go home and see. Low and behold he never touched them. Just let my truck sit for a month to pretend he did them. I've attached pics of after leaving his shop. To me just doing

I took my car here because he told me he could have my car done same day I got air conditioner recharge and air conditioning belt replaced. While driving down the road later that night I hear a tap tap tap tap bang bang boom and my car dies and won't start no lights nothing. I called this shop to see if they could help no answer. So i call a tow. Get it towed to the closest shop and get a Uber home. The next day the shop calls my number I left my keys and info in drop box. They tell me to come up there. I'll attach picture to what was found. These morons at Alfonso auto repair left a tool on a part they replaced and did tons of damage to my car. I should have known better that when a shop looks like a junk yard that it probably is a junk yard if reputable shops are backed up and there the

Pros on this shop is that they will replace the part you give them for cheap and if you have the cash ready they will do it asap. Cons they dont have good communication and will lose covers or other items under the hood while making the repair. If they become more organized on the vehicle they are working on they can easily be the best around.

I wouldn’t take my bike to this guy .. long story short… I paid this clown over 3k and he still managed to blow the engine in my daughter’s truck.. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN…

He is an honest hardworking respectable mechanic. Fixed my car and went above and beyond to help my situation.He is very busy and sometimes hard to get a hold of him but I understand why.
