I took my car here after my insurance recommended me here. My car was damaged from the drivers rear and was took into the shop to repair. From the start the car did not look fixable so I asked if it was total loss and they said it was not. I was informed the car would be done in 2 weeks and my car was still not done. They kept adding 2 more weeks on top of that coming out to a total of 4 weeks. After 4 weeks i asked about my car and they still said another week or two and that it was still repairable. The moment after that call ended they marked my car as a total loss meaning I was waiting for no reason and the rental I was borrowing from the insurance expired. I got into a small accident that required me to get a new wheel well, and deep scratches to be fixed. That same day I was able to bring my car in to get an estimate. Ricardo went over what my car needed and gave me different price options. He was very thorough with the explanation of the parts as well as the process. He worked with my hectic schedule, and was also willing to wait 30 mins after closing for me to get my car to them. When I picked up my car my expectations were blown as I walked up not only did my car look as if nothing had happened, they had washed my car, shined my tires, and cleaned the inside of my car!
