Aliana Tires & Automotive

We are a South Asian Radio station- Masala Radio and we have our huge car HUMMER which we use for all our events. The car after the event gets so dirty and messy but when we gave our car to Aliana Tires & Automotive they did the best detailing and the car has been shining since then! The staff as well as the service is just mind blowing. Had an amazing experience and suggest everyone to try it out!

Absolutely Horrible experience!! Tried to support the local business. Picked up car and couldn't even make it home. Had my daughter in the car with me and the tire literally almost fell off while driving. Had to do an emergency pull over. Checked my tire and all of my screws/lugnuts had come out and the tire was slanted almost coming off. We literally could have been in a serious accident. I thank God that wasn't the case. Called Aliana Tire to complain about their careless work and they just dismissed it and took no accountability whatsoever. Just made excuse after excuse. Cost me towing expenses and full day of work to resolve with another major tire company that I should have went to begin with. SMH

Horrible experience charged $25 to put 2 plugs in a tire. First the worker told me $12 a plug or $25 a patch then lies to me in my face saying he told me 15 a plug in-front of the owner. I could have gone to discount tire and got two free plugs and a tire balancing service done for less than $25

Just had my oil change done. The guy Alfredo helped me. Properly checked and efficient service. Didn't have to wait at all. On top of it all great prices. This is my go to place from now on.

I didn’t get anything done here, but I really appreciate the service guy for helping me out last Thursday. My tire had a nail on the edge and instead of charging me to patch and plug it, he let me know that it was risky fixing it so close to the edge and it was better to get a new tire. I appreciate his honestly and he even put more air in my tire so I could drive safe and figure out the next steps. Thanks! He could’ve charged me for a service but was honest about the integrity of the tire. Didn’t appreciate the guy in the office tho, he was being passive aggressive about telling me to move my car on the other side but whatevs. Overall, they seem trustworthy and I’d come again.
