Drove 3 hours to look at the vehicle on a Saturday. Told them I wanted to purchase vehicle. I was already approved by my bank and started the process. (Paperwork insurance ect) By Monday morning, I call to get them up to speed and they tell me they sold it on a Sunday (they're closed). A heads-up call would've been nice at least.

I bought an SUVfor 5,200 in November 2022 My suv have warranty for 15 days. I found some leak from my suv. I send to Alien’s shop to fixing my suv with warranty. After fixed my suv, I picked up my suv and to drive somehow to lost control on road. I did went to back to Alien’s shop about it. That’s sound like they can’t help or nothing about it. I was so upset cried because I can’t visit my family on thanksgiving. My suv park at my home. I have to pay my suv to shop that’s third times. There is have lot problems. Now my suv is break down and waste of waste money. I only drive 15 times since November 2022. It’s rip off. I bought truck at Your Budget in 2016 no problem. I bought suv at Ray’s Galaxy in 2014 no problem.

Good service, reasonably priced used cars. I would go to alien city motors again.

Do not purchase a vehicle here!! Only wants you to send payments thru cash app and never sends receipts and nobody is ever at the office
