Aligned Insurance Agency - Gadsden

Michael and his team provide top notch service! We have our commercial, home and auto policies with Aligned Insurance Agency and have been extremely pleased. They not only saved us money, but increased our coverages. Because we have a mechanical breakdown rider on our commercial property at Gadsden Variety, we paid only a $1,000 deductible last year when an $18,000+ HVAC had to be replaced. If Michael had not advised us to add that coverage, it would have been a struggle for our small business!

Samantha Filteau has been amazing from the very beginning. She was able to beat my previous insurance companies rates for general liability while increasing the coverage. The customer service has been very personable and not pressured. Samantha, Kelly and Kathy are assets to this team!

I can’t wait to sue them. If you are a trucker, or a commercial policy holder… KEEP YOUR MONEY. They are condescending and unprofessional. Kathy Lilio and Misty Eller costed me over $20k in damages because they lie about accountability and they’re clerical errors. I will be reporting to their surety bond.

From the day that my truck was totaled the staff at Coosa Insurance made sure that they stayed in constant contact with me, providing me updates whenever they received one, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.

Great customer service at this agency. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else but to Coosa Insurance for anything insurance related!
