Great place overall, but the experience was a bit chaotic. The wait time ended up being longer than expected, with people seemingly coming out of nowhere to get service. The staff was working hard, but they were jumping from car to car without fully finishing with one before moving on to the next. While the workers were clearly doing their best to manage the crowd, the process could use some better organization to make it smoother for everyone. Despite the hiccups, the service quality was decent .

I bought a brand new truck and the alignment was off to the right went back to dealership and they had it going the opposite way . I went to Frank at alignment factory while still having a warranty on alignments. Frank and his team have it perfect now. Frank is a consummate professional and well worth the price and wait. Always done correctly the first time. I drove 2 hours one way to go to alignment factory.

Great service also you can see for yourself how they show care for their job it was worth my drive. Recommend 100% with no doubt, specially for special vehicles that have AfterMarket Parts on their suspension not everyone works with any build like this shop.
