They are very unprofessional, especially the owner. I overheard him talking to some of the employees about how they need to sell more jobs… Because that’s the only way Payroll is ever gonna get paid. And I overheard one of the employees State are we ever going to get paid? A lot of return clients made the statement that they will never be returning because of the service that they got.

I don’t understand the negative comments. The people here are honest and very knowledgeable. They are also very welcoming, and friendly. I came in twice with my F250 and was immediately helped. I was in and out in an hour. The pricing was the best compared to the other shops I stopped at before to get quotes. All around great shop. Will definitely come back!

Unprofessional, they will try to make you pay to have your own car released back to you. They will up charge/scam you out of money. Would not recommend, horrible time management/attitude.

Walking into the Hyundai dealership on Gulf was like walking into a lion's den, except the lions were disguised as service advisors with calculators. They tried to charge me $200 per issue just for a diagnostic! That's $200 just to tell me what's wrong, not even to fix it. I said, "Screw that," and left faster than you can say "rip-off." Next, I took my car to Alignment 2000, thinking I'd finally found a place that wouldn't treat me like a walking ATM. They sweetly offered me a $55 diagnostic. A steal, right? But then they hit me with a $2,000 estimate for fixing my car's undercarriage. It was like being offered a candy bar only to find out it costs a month's rent. Took in my 2013 Dodge Ram truck, after my 4 inch lift installed. The automotive technician (Chris) was very informative on my alignment. I can always appreciate someone who takes time to discuss the work that was done on my truck. He explain thoroughly and answered any questions that I had.
