I had a pretty disappointing experience with this auto shop. They wanted to keep my car longer than they originally promised and didn't communicate with me at all throughout the day. I had to call them to find out they hadn't even started the tests and that I'd have to leave my car another day, which was not an option for me. In the end, I had to take an Uber to pick up my car because they wouldn't leave my keys like they'd originally offered before, but now it wasn't an option due to some insurance issues. Overall, the lack of communication, time management and customer service was really disappointing. The Lady at the front desk was really nice though.

Don’t do it. I brought my car here to have new catalytic converters installed. I supplied the parts INCLUDING the gaskets. Come to find out they didn’t install the gaskets with the cats so now I have exhaust leaks. I took it back several times only for them to finally replace one gasket (not both) and I still have leaks. I’m taking it somewhere else at this point. I’ll pay more but at least they’ll do what I actually ask them to. Only thing I would recommend for this place is their tires. They do quick work for cheap on those. Anything else, just save your time and money and go elsewhere. Edit: Actually I take back the thing I said about tires. Put a tire on my wife’s car and the belt detached less than a month later.

Racist, disrespectful! After leaving my tire at the shop for 15 days and going 3 times to check if the work was done, I was told today that “tomorrow” will be ready. I asked them to give my tire back because I can’t wait any longer. BILL sweared at me, called me names and told me to go back to my country… Be aware! Most probably their reviews are fake considering their very low rating on Yelp.

I hit a pothole and popped my tire today at the intersection VB blvd and First colonial. I was so lucky to pull into this business. They were so kind and immediately came out and changed my tire. Great guys, honest, fast, great service! 100% recommend.

Used Billy for years up until today. It's understandable things happen, but when things are being done carelessly that's an issue. First incident we took vehicle in for some work under the hood. Something was smoking after the work was done so I lifted up the hood and found a cookie on top of our engine. Second incident our vehicle had starting issues, took it Billy he diagnosed it as a "bad battery terminal" paid for it. Arrived home vehicle is still doing the exact same thing, I called Billy to inform him, he says "Sorry your going to have to bring in and leave it until it acts up again". Found out through a reputable mechanic it was the starter. Third incident, Friday vehicle was taken in for a tune up, sat and waited 5 hours.
