I was able to make an appointment the next day for tire repair. I was served fairly promptly, and within 20 minutes, the job was done. I was charged exactly the previous day's estimate. All American service was prompt and courteous. I'll definitely use them again.

Can I tell you how terrific they are? My family had an accident, and the car was towed to All American. Ricardo and his team not only handled the issue with the car promptly, but we were juggling a few delicate family/safety issues and the team went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help our family out and make sure we were safe and did it in the most caring and kind way. I believe I treating people with heart. It’s so wonderful to know that there are still business out there that care, too.

A senior female, they have been taking care of my old car for years. I've come to trust their advice and recommendations, as they explain everything and stand behind their work. They take the AAA discount and points accumulate that give you additional discounts. Everyone working there is very pleasant.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I went in for a battery test and to replace wiper blades. When done I asked if they replaced the wipers and they said no. That set me back about 20 minutes. Then when they said it was done, they couldn’t find my keys. That set me back another 40 minutes and I missed a previous scheduled appointment. When I asked for a credit for the wiper blades they said no they couldn’t do that. What kind of customer service is that. Rest assured I will not be going back

Tried to get an oil change. They asked if I wanted anything else checked. I said just the oil change. 15 minutes later I get notification my tire tread is too low. They won’t change the oil until I buy a new tire. Now I won’t take another vehicle here, because I can’t trust them to just fix it without the tire scam. The insurance angle they claim isn’t in effect everywhere.
