Professional, kind and trustworthy service. My wife and I broke down on I-10 due to a blown AC compressor that resulted in severed serpentine belt. It was already after 5pm and few days after Christmas so I wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone for a while. Joe was the only person in the area that answered my call and I’m very grateful he did. Joe arrived an hour later and towed my van to his shop which was about 30min away and also dropped us off at a hotel another 20min away. The next day he was in touch about the cost of the parts which had to be ordered. They didn’t arrive until around 3pm the next day and he was still able to get us back on the road that night. I called and told them I needed a carrier bearing on my truck stuck on the side of the road near Perry. Guy shows up and rummages around for an hour looking at stuff. He has 3 people pull up to meet him for some shady looking stuff. Finally gets around to working and gets the part in for about $800. A week later the bearing is making a crazy noise, so I climb under the truck and call them to inform them the dust cover is broke on the new bearing. He tries to blame my U joints, but they’re good. My employee brings him the truck and he breaks the rest off and tells me for $350 labor he’ll warranty the part.

Stranded on the side of I-10 some miles east of Tallahassee with a dead engine. Worked my way thru several towing companies before settling on All American. They were the only ones who would haul the car the 106 miles to Gainesville tonight, and at a substantially lower cost than the other companies that would deliver sometime next week. Joe from All American was prompt and friendly, and had the car loaded up and down the road pretty quickly.

Highly recommend! We’re from out of town and our tire blew on the middle of the interstate. They were able to find us and put on our spare. The tech and receptionist were professional and made sure to get all details to help us.
