I debated writing this review because I’m not sure it will change anything, but I hope it saves someone else from the experience we had. We have purchased three vehicles from All American in the past—this was our fourth, and it will absolutely be our last. I would rather travel out of town than buy locally again. Because of our history with this dealership—one used vehicle and two brand new—we had no reason to believe this purchase would go so poorly. I’ll start with the salesman, “Big Sam.” He was pushy and very much the type to tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear. During the first test drive, I clearly stated that the seats were uncomfortable. His solution was to suggest switching leather seats to cloth, which doesn’t fix an uncomfortable vehicle. He then showed us another v

Best dealership in Texas. I’m a veteran and was denied by multiple dealerships in TX (SA, NB, Austin). I ended up in San Angelo not even trying to a little over a year ago and was referred to speak with Ronald E. Chavez at All American Chevrolet by a Good Samaritan I met at the McDonalds down the road. Ron got me in an awesome used 24 Trax 2RS and today I was able to trade into a brand new 2026! Ron is the man! Ask for Ron! God bless him, this dealership and you for reading. I’ll forever be grateful for the opportunity given to me.

Daniel and Joey made this a wonderful experience. They have great customer service skills over the phone and that was a big part in why I drove the 3 hours to purchase this vehicle. I will return to this dealership when I’m ready to purchase a truck. Amazing dealership, I can’t stress that enough. The team here made us feel important and valued. Thank y’all!

Newish Vehicle Already in Limp Mode – Extremely Disappointed I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SL, and within weeks it went into limp mode showing codes P0012 (Camshaft Position Timing) and P0196 (Engine Oil Temperature Sensor). The diagnostic report clearly shows the issue pointing to a failed VVT solenoid something that should never happen on a vehicle this new. I’ve reached out multiple times, and instead of solutions, I’m getting generic “diagnostic check” messages and delays. This car has spent more time being diagnosed than being driven. If you’re considering buying from here, be cautious. I expected reliability and transparency, but what I got instead was stress, wasted time, and a vehicle that’s not safe to drive. I’ll gladly update this review if the dealership takes ac

I’m not one to ever leave a bad review about a business but I am beyond fed up with dealing with this dealership. We purchased a truck a month ago and are still dealing with ongoing issues. Our salesman does not reach out with updates on anything that needs to be done or signed, gave us the run around for TWO weeks on signing additional paperwork that was missed during the closing deal until I called the manager myself to handle it. They have had possession of my trade in vehicle for a month now with no pay off in sight and now i’m receiving calls about late fees from my previous loaner saying I am still legally liable for the trade in since the dealership has not taken the steps to pay it off. Every time I call up to the office with questions or concerns I find out we’re missing even more
