All American Ford in Old Bridge Service Center

Rachel the commercial service manager was so helpful getting my 2025 Georgetown 7 36k7 fixed for me. I was about to leave for a trip and noticed a little fluid on my inside rear rim. I thought it was break fluid. I explained my situation and she had me bring it in the following day. Very short time they informed me it was the rear seal and needed few days for the parts. Rachel called me when they got the parts. The team had me in and out. I can not express how grateful I am to her and the service team. I will be on my trip and out of NJ before this bad snow storm coming. Everyone there was extremely nice and I would recommend 100%. I will be having all my service done there and might even look into getting a small tow car for my trips from them. Thankyou you Jason and Rosie.

I originally took my car to All American Ford for an oil change but it turned out that I needed some urgent repairs. I usually take my car to get serviced to a dealership that is a little closer to me but decided to go there because of their convenient hours. Alyssa was very helpful during the whole time. She was very clear and concise about what needed to be fixed. When I agreed to the repairs, I was given a loaner right away. My usual place wouldn't have done that. The repairs took some time but Alyssa and I were in constant communication. When I got my car back, it was washed and inspected which was a happy little surprise. I am very happy with the service that I was given and plan on making AAF my go-to dealership for my car's needs.

It was my first time going to a ford dealership for service and it was actually pretty cool. I just had a recall but the process was simple and fast. The employees there were especially nice too. They even offered to drop me off and pick me up as well
