All American Towing

Boy let me tell you how awesome this company and its employees are!!! My wife was driving her 2017 Cadillac XT5 down 47th Ave during 5 o'clock traffic and for odd reason the vehicle died on her. She calls me and I immediately rush there. I tried jumping it and it wasn't doing the trick. I then called Onstar and they sent a tow truck after charging me $140. Now after 2 hours passing by with me just sitting there with the cops I get a text stating my tow has been canceled due to the driver not being able to locate me, which I didn't provide a address because Onstar pinpointed my location through their system. Well they fat fingered the location and.put 46th Ave instead of 47th Ave not to mention I was still charged the $140 dollars for their screw-up (I will be disputing with my C.C.company)

My car had broke mid turn. I've got a 2002 Acura TL. The police officers that had driven by to check wouldn't wait an extra hour for the tow truck I had called so I was obligated to let them call one to get it off the street knowing I'd have to fork out what I was thinking around $300 when it would have been free (even though there was little to no traffic anywhere, it was close to midnight on Easter when they decided to call all American towing) I don't know the name of the younger man truck driver who hooked my car onto his truck but considering the damage that has been done to it, I was worried at first but he got it up there without causing more damage and quite swiftly at that...then I had to watch my baby take yet another ride on a flatbed. Called and the lady I talked with was so helpful..Great service and a great price..called and they had their driver there in 20 minutes .. he was so friendly and nice (forgot his name)..
