This was our first time going there. We had a jeep and a truck under coated for the winter. We cannot say enough good things about the service and the hospitality. If we need something done from this point , this will be where I go. Five star plus service from start to finish.

Call BMW roadside assistance. We're told they would be there at 8:45 a.m. Asked BMW current ETA update. Said another hour. 1 1/2 still a no-show. BMW then said they weren't answering their phone
