Called to confirm if they had a part I found listed in Car-part.com for my Honda, they confirmed it was in stock and ready to go, they held it for me and picked it up in one hour. Installed on my Honda and my dash lights are gone from Camera/Radar issues. Thank you All Auto Parts.

Horrible customer service. Went there last week finally getting around to the review part didn't work and they're not the best with wanting to refund you or help you out. Wouldn't recommend.

Very rude and mean company doing unethical business practices to lure you in with one price them raise the price higher when driving far to pick up. AVOID

Horrible company to deal with. Ordered an engine and was told 5-7 days to get the engine. 2 weeks later still don't have it. 3 weeks later I cancelled the order and asked for a refund and now I'm finding myself calling 2-3 times a day to get a credit and still no luck. I've never received my product I ordered and now I can't even get my money back that I paid for it with... The offer every excuse under the sun as to why it's delayed. Emails are responded saying someone will call you shortly but calls don't happen. It's me doing all the calling and no resolution.

Had a bad experience with the customer service, called to order an engine for which I was given one price for shipping on Monday, today when I called to place the order I price doubled and when I asked what changed I was told to buy it from somewhere else. Reps name is Mark. Avoid him and ask for someone who knows how to be respectful to customers.
