I needed my car repaired, I went to All Automotive four years ago and continue to go there for all my automotive needs. Harold and Richie are straight up guys, they will tell you the truth and will repair your vehicle. Harold and Richie have many years of experience, let them repair your vehicle as they recommend, and you will be extremely happy. Came in to All Automotive, was introduced to Harold, we explained our situation with the vehicle and Harold told us he'd take a look. Came back to us telling us the front brakes had an issue and we set up to have them changed. Process took some time but that was due to us telling him the wrong information. All in all very happy with the price of the service. Thank you Harold and the guys at All automotive, appreciate you.

Very nonchalant attitude. He will get to you when he feels like it. Will not complete big jobs correctly or stand behind his work. Will charge you for the most minor of fixes no matter how much you spend. 1 example, Spent $1400 for an engine. Went back for what I thought would be a correction on his work. Turns out it was just a minor gasket that was out of place on the gas cap. Literally took a screw driver to pop it back in. Took 30 seconds and tried to charge me $75. Horrible customer service. I would pay more $ just to receive adequate customer service and someone who knows that they are doing.

Harold is a great mechanic I've been using his shop for over 15 years good job

If he knows how to solve your problem he will do it quickly and cheaply. But if he doesn't know what he's doing he will mess your car up and charge you for it. Only go to him for minor, straight forward fixes.
