I had an excellent experience with All City Tire & Auto. After hitting a pothole on the highway that completely burst my front left tire, I was fortunate enough to safely get off the road. I searched Google Maps for the nearest tire shop and found them. I actually walked over to explain my situation, and from the very beginning, their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They assisted me in arranging a tow for my vehicle and made the entire process smooth and stress-free during what was otherwise a frustrating situation. They replaced my damaged tire with an OEM-spec tire, ensuring the proper match and quality. I received great service here. The guys were honest and fair in price. What stood out the most was how comfortable I felt and was kept informed every step while my car was being serviced. Other shops I felt like I was being ripped off but not here. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this shop.
