All City Tow

My mechanic and driver Roberto was as chivalrous as a knight to the rescue. My tire went flat, he found me and tried to help me with my spare. It wouldn't come out, so he called every car shop he knew. It was 7 pm and they were all closed. So we went to Walmart to get the part he needed from their garage. I was in tears when we started and we were talking about movies and laughing by the end. Thank you Roberto!!!!

Absolutely stress free experience. Had a blowout at 6:30am in Healdsburg. Called All City and had my car picked up and at Big O by 7:30a. My driver helped me get in and out of the truck, was super friendly and obviously great at what he does. Absolutely recommend.

The only reason I gave them one star is because you had to rate to leave a review...I waited 3 hours for dispatch to call me to say she didn't have a truck to deal with the fact my car couldn't go in to neutral...Since when do you need a special tow truck for that!? The truth was she didn't want to send a truck to do the job....Bear Flag Toeing had my car ready to tow in less then 5 mins with a speedy response time......All City Tow has horrible customer service!

This was a fantastic experience. I never felt worried or unsafe with any of the interactions, and the office and driver were kind and professional. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Very courteous and fast. Kept in touch by notifying me as to drivers eta and made sure I was okay as I waited for the tow. Really nice and reliable.
