All Counties Glass Distributors

DO not use this company!!! The glass they supplied has defects in between the dual pane. Lines, Circles and suction cup marks are clearly visible after multiple rounds of professional cleaning. One piece of glass came with a 2 inch scratch on the interior. All marks & water spots are on the inside of the glass (glass side 2 and 3) in between the dual pane. Jay from All Counties came out to see the defects in person & agreed that they were an issue that needed replacement. After continually putting us off they’re now saying this is within industry standards. If you do business with them expect sub par glass as that is the standard they supply I renovate homes & I have replaced windows on 8 properties within the last 2 years but never had this problem before. We had a horrible experience with the customer service at this office. The ladies at the front desk, Chelsy, Lora, and Wendy, were very rude and unprofessional. When we asked a question, they refused to answer and hung up on me. We also had trouble getting the name of the office manager. When we called, they hung up on us. When we asked for the manager's email address, the lady said, "You don't need his email." We asked for the business email, not the personal one. I think it's a big secret. P.S After three business days, we reached out to an individual who did not introduce himself. They informed us that they were not currently accepting new clients.
