Don’t fall for their sweet talks. I got fooled by they good attitude initially, but the work and customer service after is very bad. The first time I went back was because the new quarter glass they replaced was not sealed with body panel. We went back and they had just taped it up with masking tape, which was a joke, but I was too nice to confront them. Went back the second time with an appointment scheduled. Drove 45 minutes just to be told that no one can work on it that day. Went back the third time with an appointment again, and been told that they would give me a call after it is done. Waited for more than 3 hours, I had to call them to find out that they needed to order the glass and I had to go back again for the fourth time. So totally five times visit to get the single window

Absolutely the best Glass Provider, highly recommended! Lucy and her team are a “one-of-a-kind”….. they made a custom replacement glass panel for my Mercedes Sprinter RV. It came out identical to the OEM part, at a fraction of the dealer cost. Lucy is a hands on owner, has a highly skilled team, all with a can-do attitude. Beyond that, she and her team are incredibly welcoming and nice people. Lucy’s All Glass has all of my future glass needs (car, home, whatever). They are perfectionists and very fairly priced.

Referral from Dublin Toyota to All Glass Global for windshield replacement. They put in OEM equipment per request. They sent it to a sub for calibration of Lane Departure etc and that was a seamless experience. They complex the service end to end in a half day. Well done! Lucy did a great job on explaining what should happen, and worked with the insurance company glass claims sub-contractor. (No, good neighbor "Jake" was not taking care of it directly.) I would recommend it you have comprehensive insurance. Not sure about price comparison if not insured, but service and parts where top notch.

Worst windshield replacement EVER! In September 2023 We had a large crack in our 2015 35 foot Winnebago motorhome. Our glass guy who replaced it last time had retired. I called around to businesses serving motorhome repairs. I was recommended to All Glass in Dublin. I called and got an appointment. I went through my insurance and All Glass handled it from there. The day we brought it in the owner/manager? Meet us and cleared a space in there very small service lot. She immediately walked around the vehicle and took pictures looking for damage. Only small scratches were found. Fast forward, we picked it up a couple days later. In November we took off on a trip up north. On Hwy 80 it started to pour rain. The windshield wiper on the driver side did not work! We limped it to Camping world whe

Come here if you want: * Broken trim clips and bent moldings that will get "glued back" in place * Excessive urethane glue oozing into your interior and onto your dashboard and headliner * Seats left dirty and smudged * Windshield glass that doesn't sit flush with the body They claim that they'll "fix it" but I don't want these clowns anywhere near my car, ever again. And neither should you.
