ALL HANDS MOBILE DETAILING TULSA

I scheduled my appointment with the owner, DeQuan. He texted me the day of and advised Darren would be the crew cleaning my car. Darren introduced himself and the other two individuals with him. He confirmed with me the service that they would be preforming and the time it would take. I had them clean my car at my work, just because I wasn't familiar with the company or their services yet. Let me just say this crew is VERY professional, all 4 of the gentlemen including DeQuan introduced themselves, provided me with business cards and went over my vehicle with me prior to asking me for payment. I trusted them with my brand new Subaru. They did a fantastic job and was very reasonable on pricing. I will be using them again soon!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service was completely unprofessional from start to finish. The detailer showed up 30 minutes early in a U-Haul truck while I wasn’t even home yet. I had already taken everything out of my car to give the cleaner a clean slate and make the process easier. About 30 minutes later, I received a call saying he had to leave because the job would take two hours and they had another detail scheduled. I had an appointment booked, so that should have been accounted for. Instead, I was told they would have to come back at a later time. Honestly, it felt like the young man sent out simply didn’t want to do the work. If you don’t want to take the time to properly detail a vehicle, don’t sign up to be a detailer. This was a complete waste of my time —
