All Hooked Up Towing Jupiter

Excellent customer service and fast response! I was traveling to Jupiter, Florida and had an issue with my SUV. I called All Hooked Up Towing and the dispatcher was pleasant and accommodating. He dispatched Justin, who was very nice and walked me thru the process. Justin took pictures of the vehicle, explained the process, hooked the SUV up and transported it to a condo in Jupiter. Justin is friendly and did a great job while remaining safe throughout the process. I highly recommend Justin and All Hooked Up Towing!

Had a boat and trailer towed 7 mile off I-95.Called to see the tow bill,and they said $967.00.When I got there it went to $1167.00.I knew it was like robbing without a gun but I agreed to pay that.Then they raised it to over $1900.00. Mind you this was 7 mile from the side of the interstate.All they wanted was my boat and trailer.I am taking them to small claims,for what good it might do.I have dealt with tow companies before but never one the crooked.This is a nice 22 ft.deck boat with a nice tandem axle trailer.They know its worth and they just keeped jacking the price up to where I didn't have the money to pay to get it out. Please by all means stay away from this bunch of THIEVES

200 dollars for 3.8 mile tow and they showed up 2 hours late. Then they said I would receive a message for paying the bill, but I never received a message nor an email. The next day someone is knocking at my door asking me why I’m not paying my bill. I asked repeatedly what phone number they had been using for me, but I never got a response. I asked if they used an email, but I didn’t get a response. Then the man wanted my credit card to read off my credit card information to someone on his phone. I said absolutely not. You have them call me. And then he was indignant as I told him my phone number. Then he repeated that they were sending me a message right then so I could pay Pay My Bill using a link. However, I stood with the guy and showed him that no messages were coming through and

We were referred to All hooked up Towing by AAA after they sent out a flat bed tow who could not complete the job. My husbands ignition cylinder locked on his Honda Odessey van. Leaving him not able to start up or move at all. AAA then sent out Jose- with a front wheel tow, from All Hooked up Towing. He came out and did the job!!
