I had Bruce replace my torque converter and torque converter seal, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He did an excellent job from start to finish! What impressed me most was how responsive Bruce was throughout the entire process. He kept me updated with photos of the parts that needed replacement and even pointed out other components I might want to consider replacing while he had everything apart - really appreciated that proactive approach. The turnaround time was fantastic, and his prices are very competitive. Bruce clearly knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. Bruce was scheduled to perform body work on my vehicle. I dropped off the vehicle and sent a detailed text message indicating where I had left the key for him. Upon my return, I discovered that the vehicle had not been touched or moved from its original location. I attempted to contact Bruce throughout my vacation, but I did not receive any response. Today, when I went to retrieve the vehicle, no work had been completed. I was quite upset when I arrived to speak with Bruce, only to find that he was not present nor was answering his phone. I have still been unable to reach Bruce. His conduct was rather unprofessional, and as I am operating under a tight schedule, I felt my time was not utilized effectively.

10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!! For now on “All In One” the name speaks for itself!!! If you are having any car trouble give them a shout, ask for Bruce he will definitely take care of you!!! Wish I would’ve known sooner service + prices are unbeatable.

Bruce is wonderful, he fixed my issues with my car and he did it quickly and at a great price, being a women you tend to get scammed a lot, not the case with Bruce, he send videos to you of his work and keep you informed of all repairs that you need, Bruce deserves more than five starts.
