I encountered one of this company’s tow truck drivers on the interstate, and the behavior was flat-out road rage. Aggressive speeding, tailgating, and hostile gestures while driving a large commercial tow truck is reckless and inexcusable. This wasn’t a stressful tow situation — this was purely a driver with no self-control using a company vehicle as a weapon on a public highway. If this is how they behave when no customer is even involved, it raises serious concerns about training, screening, and accountability. A tow truck driver should make roads safer, not turn them into a threat. All knight towing was able to get me off the road and take my vehicle to the nearest tire shop! Customer service was awesome! & he got to me in a timely manner. All Knight Towing was a life saver. Our college daughter was travel to see friends and broke down and we were 2.5 Hours away. I was gonna tow it to a dealership in Abilene and Mike said we will have them bring to shop and I will plug it it for you. It was close to 6pm and his wife Terri loaded our daughter up and they went to get parts and snacks. They returned and Mike fixed the Jeep and put our daughter back on the road. My daughter said they were so nice and made her feel like family. Even asked her to let them know if she had trouble along the way! You would expect to pay an arm and a leg for that kind of service but they were honest, reasonable and charged way less than we would have paid for the piece of mind it gave us and our daughter! Thank you All Knight Towing!

If I could give this place a zero star I definitely would. My car had died on the side of the road and the sheriff's office call my daughter in law to tell us All Knight Towing had my car at their yard. I called the number for the cross plains lot and Doug was extremely rude and failed to tell me that he had multiple lots that my car could be at. After sending a tow company from Coleman to get my car in cross plains he FINALLY told me my car wasn't there but was in Baird. After trying to get my car for almost 8 hours our car in finally home. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. HES A JOKE!

All Knight’s Towing was my knight in shining armor while stranded in Texas during below-freezing temps with a dead battery in my campervan. They immediately drove out in icy weather while all other tow companies or roadsides services nearby were “busy..” even highway patrol wasn’t answering their phones! Jesse was so friendly and caring and my rig was up and running again in no time. I cannot recommend All Knight’s Towing & Recovery enough!
