Customer Reviews
I had to have my car towed there recently. After working with All Pro my experience has brightened up. Just in time for the holidays. I am a struggling mom and being able to know my only vehicle is in good care and being fixed from the guys at All Pro has truly been such a relief. What great customer service and wonderful job repairing customers vehicles. No matter the situation or type of vehicle you have, you can always trust All Pro to do a wonderful Job.
I swore up and down that my heat shield was making a rattling noise because it wasn’t attached to my catalytic converter, but the man who took me in over the phone and explained what *might* have been the issue was super informative and nice to me. No games just straight up this is what I think it was and we might have fixed it. He also didn’t charge me since he said he couldn’t guarantee they fixed it. They’re super busy and it might be hectic but I’d trust them all over again.
May 29, 2025 I took my Lincoln into All Pro because of a failing catalytic converter. They gave me a good price to replace both of them (I understood my car has 2 converters) so that was done, which took 3-4 days. On August 23, one of the replaced converters was failing. This was replaced again at no charge. One week later, the other converter was failing. On Thurdsday, I called and Keith told me he couldn't fit it in today because they were running behind. He said to call in the morning and he'd see what he could do. I called Friday morning and he said they still didn't have time today and to call back at 8 am on Saturday. They were finally able to get it in and so I dropped off the car at 8:20am. Right now, at 12:22, I just received a call and Keith said an O2 sensor was bad so he replac
Brand new, less than 30 mile O2 quit working after getting a brand new complete exhaust put on only a day after leaving the shop. Only logical explanation anyone has come up with is the tech must have welded the bung onto the pipe with the O2 threaded it. Not to mention, they didn't even put the O2 where I told them I wanted it. Called and stated the issue and the only thing I was told was "Get it to me and we'll swap it out." Didn't offer to tow it or or provide any type of transportation to get it there. I wasn't going to pay for a 100$ tow and I wasn't going to drive the car with a blatantly messed up O2 on it which had a high potential of messing everything else up. Had to buy new O2 sensor (94$) and had to redo it myself. I couldn't even unthread it easily. It was so hard to unthre
Had my exhaust replaced from catalytic converter to end of car. They did a great job. Very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend for your exhaust needs
