I’ve used them for three issues already, and they have been great. The bad reviews I read here scared me a bit, but the recent good reviews and the first impression I had when talking to them in person gave me the confidence to try them. The first and second issues were handled together: 1. My car was sideswiped — not my fault 2. I rear-bumped into an obstacle — my fault For issue #1, they were able to identify more damage than both I and the insurance inspector had noticed. They helped me with the communication with my insurance, while also handling part of the communication themselves. For issue #2, other body shops wanted to charge me a huge amount, clearly trying to force me to use my insurance so they could charge as much as they wanted. After my car was hit, All Rite Collision did an amazing job helping me through the process of dealing with the insurance company. They helped me advocate for getting a rental in a timely manner. After the car was repaired, it was good as new. Very impressed with their work and their professionalism.

I’ll be honest here, the negative reviews kind of spooked me. My car got hit in a hit and run and when the tow truck came, the driver told me about this place and I agreed to have my service done there because 1. It’s woman owned and 2. The wait time was much shorter. I literally can not tell you how wonderful their service was. They were very communicative from the beginning about what the process was going to be like, called me with updates consistently, and were overall extremely friendly. Customer service is a 10/10, PLUS my car hasn’t looked this good in years! They fixed everything very quickly, and cleaned my car (outside and inside) before I came to pick it up. My partner and I are new to the area and will be bringing our services back here for future maintenance on both of our car

I never give 5 stars except this time this store! It is so good! If you got something for the car and need a fix! Please come to this store. Everything is detailed! We are coming here and Tracy( owner ) is very patient and tell us about what we need to fixed and she directly talked to insurance. This will save a lot of time for us! And during the time when we come to pick our car, it is like a brand new car. Super shining. And I got realized that they help me washed my car 3 times! Which is amazing! Super patient owner Tracy, super detailed specialists, super nice attitude! All in all, I will give it 5 stars only because the maximum is 5 stars!

Wonderful shop run by honest people. I can’t thank them enough for fixing my car, being patient, & dealing with my awful insurance company. Just can’t recommend them enough!! Plus the shop cat, Tiger, is the cutest little angel. Give these people your business! You won’t regret it.
