All Roads Trucks - Bel Air

The absolute worst place to take your truck for any kind of work. They tried to charge me $1000 just to hook my truck to a tablet and tell me about a light on my dash. A simple front end alignment was done. They took my steering wheel off... So I bought a new wood steering wheel from Peterbilt. They charged me an extra $175.00 to put it on. And going up the road the horn won't stop beeping. I had to have the horn rewired because they are to All Trucks Sucks. Years ago this was an honest business. Now it's ran my very greedy Shady people ...

Brought my international in for a state inspection. I previously had the truck at another shop to have several other repairs completed. Upon bringing my truck in, they advised I needed my tire rod assembly and king pins replaced, but there was no play in them and I knew that before I brought it in. They also replaced a muffler strap and after the fact, my muffler was shaking (which it hadn't done before) and soon after I discovered there was crack in the exhaust pipe just above the elbow pipe. Another issue that came up after bringing my truck here was the massive leak in my power steering system upon picking up the truck (there was puddle of fluid underneath the truck when i walked outside), which was also non-existent prior to bringing it to this shop. DO NOT bring your Kenworth to this place. This place was acquired by or recently started to partner with KW and those techs have no expertise with KW trucks. They will diog your truck for hours and charge you a bunch of money and still don’t have an answer for your problem. They charged me almost $1500 for diagnostic and no one at that shop had answers. I literally had to go get the truck to stop the madness!!

I was at this location to get maintenance done on my Kubota mower. It is close to me and have had good luck with the work they have done in the passed. So I am back for a year tune up.
