this shop all roads - j.g. parks never will get my business again i gave them stack of receipts from all the work done reason by other shops. all roads stated the other shops beat me over the head. all roads did worst they claim the egr vavle was bad what was causing the problem they stated well the egr was under warranty but i had to take truck back to the shop that installed egr vavle. that shop installed new egr vavle and that was not the problem all roads was gonna charge me 4137.66 for parts & labor which wasn't the issue. The egr price for me at there parts store was1925.00 (all roads shop price 2908.22 for the same egr) then they told me there was loose connectors they found after doing fuel pressure test which the codes came back soon as i started my truck at all roads i didnt want
I wish I could leave a negative number of stars. Worst experience ever. This is not the old JG Parks. These people are absolute crooks upcharging for work I don’t believe they do and when you ask you get the “the techs out on a test drive” response. Was charged 1500$ for a valve adjustment and check pump timing. Unbelievable! Neither job over an hour and all I wanted was the p pump checked and they didn’t even do what I asked them to do!
Matt and Dave are rockstars in the service department.
