I have purchased a used Aliner and have not even picked it up as of this writing. So far with the dealings with Amber this is one of the best buying experiences I have run into. Amber is just awe sum can’t wait to meet her next week when I take delivery.

My husband and I purchased a new travel trailer in Nov 2024 at an RV show in Hershey PA. The dealer is located in Bath NY; we live in Connecticut, Bath is 6 hours away. We wanted to establish a relationship with a local dealer for our service needs going forward, All RV is where we went. We are delighted with every aspect of the business. George (the owner), Amber his daughter and Jimmy head of service were very friendly and welcoming. Jimmy is clearly an expert on the servicing side; he can diagnose problems over the phone which he has done for us. Amber is prompt with her follow-up. We were completely new to camper ownership. We chose All RV to buy our first camper from because they are a local business, we live in Portland, CT. From start to finish they were friendly, knowledge, and accommodating. Even when the camper that we fell in love with sold, they found us a newer and better version of the same camper at the almost the same price. They taught us how to use our new camper and even gave us their personal cell numbers in case we have any problems. It's not often that you encounter that level of customer service these days. Honestly, we don't feel like we just bought a camper, we feel like we joined a family. All RV is the best in the business in our opinion and we would be more than honored to refer them to our friends and family.

A family owned RV business is hard to find these days. I am so lucky they are local. Everyone is honest and up front with you. I buy all my RV supplies there because it is so convenient. With all the problems I here about the big corporate RV companies, I wanted to say I bought a used camper from All RV a few years back and would purchase from them again. Great folks!

We have purchased two travel trailers and now our first Class C from All RV. George and his daughter Amber are experienced campers as well as experts in the RV industry. The whole crew has been great to work with all three times and we feel like we are now part of the All RV "family". I'm sure our fourth RV will come from them as well.
