Customer Reviews
They are a sincere and thoughtful repair shop. They did a fantastic job installing a complicated brake actuator on my car. I will always come back here for work! Favorite mechanic by far! Simon & Eric Are true professionals!
Friendly service and extremely fair pricing. They didn’t try to upsell any additional services, and even advised that I buy windshield wipers from Costco (which they would install for free) because it would be cheaper. Highly recommend!
Very nice, honest, and communicative. They are certainly not out to drain every penny you have and will generally call you if they see a problem that could have a cheaper temporary fix as opposed to an expensive permanent fix that you may not currently have the funds for. I haven't had a single issue in the last two years - I live next door and use them every 3 to 4 months or so on my old clunker!
Always kind and as fast as possible. They do their best to be communicative before big repairs - calling to make sure you want something pricey done before they do it so that you don't get screwed with owing a fee you didn't expect. We've used them for 1.5 years now and have never been screwed over or had any large issues of miscommunication.
If you have a Volkswagen, don't go here. I suspect the good reviews are for Asian imports, and the one stars are for European cars. My car was smoking from the hood, and I brought it in. They said they couldn't figure out what it was, that it was probably just that the car is old (it's about 15 years old, I've ridden in 50 year old VWs that don't smoke...) The best part, they told me that if I want to know more, I'd have to pay thousands for them to take apart my engine and then /maybe/ they could give me an answer. What? They've never heard of dye tracing? I also had a blinking engine light. They told me it was "fine". I took my poor car to a different mechanic today who said in no uncertain terms that my car is dangerous to drive in its current condition. That it could explode. Okay,
