I’ve used Allstar for the past couple of years for oil changes and rotations. Recently my truck had a belt slightly squeaking when I was going uphill on the highway, so I asked if they could check it out…They said they found the problem (serpentine belt) and would replace it. It was a very minor thing and not getting out of hand…This was two days ago. Now my truck is squealing like a stuck pig everywhere I go and they told me it would cost me double to repair it because they had to order a part that will also be required. First, they did not diagnose the problem correctly. Second, they tell me it will cost double what I already paid. Yeah…I will gladly pay for proper repairs but I expect to get what I pay for. Took my ram 1500 in to get the exhaust done, they did a great job, came in cheaper than 2 other shops, truck sounds amazing, thanks to the team at All star.

I desperately needed my car battery replaced- neither Auto Zone or O’Reilly would do it- so I pulled into All Star Automotive- they had it done within 15 minutes. They were so nice about it, too.

Took my car here to see if my transmission was going out, they told me oh no it's fine. Well guess what went out. The transmission, they also cracked my gas cap and didn't tell me about it, and left the broken one on.

Never done a review in my life so tht should say enough. Go right down the street to (COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE TIRE CENTER) 2016 ram 1500 with barely over 100k Had a small shake while driving DROVE THE VEHICLE TO ALL STAR to get looked at it went downhill from there spent over 2500$ in two days just for them to blow up my engine while it was at there shop then charged me to tow it back home . Took vehicle to another mechanic to rebuild engine they said from the looks of the alternator it was pushed to the limit until it blew. !!!!Complete automotive tire center!!!
