My son recently brought his 2013 Pathfinder here for a pre-trip inspection and oil change. I will say the inspection itself was very thorough. The report included photos and a detailed list of items they felt needed attention on an older vehicle with 150k+ miles, which I appreciate. However, I was pretty surprised by one thing. The check engine light was on when the vehicle was there, and the report notes that it was observed and recommends “testing to find the cause.” What confused me is that the shop didn’t appear to perform even a basic code scan while the vehicle was already in their bay. Reading the code with an OBD scanner takes about a minute and would at least give the customer a starting point. When the car got home, I plugged in a scanner myself and immediately pulled an oxygen

Fine folks here! All-Star Automotive recently provided me with a service on my truck. I had complete transmission service with filter change and fluid. I used the South location’s drop off service, and shuttle ride back home after dropping off. This service worked great! The folks I dealt with at the south location were very friendly and made sure I was aware of how this service worked. They were very personable and professional. Matt, the service representative did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date on what was need for the tranny service, and progress on the service. Excellent follow-up from Matt with no questions unanswered. I do not hesitate to recommend this auto service. Give them a try – if you don’t, it’s your fault!

I called them early in the morning about some problems that I had with my car. My valve gasket was leaking which caused problems with the spark plugs and coil plus I needed a oil change. They said they had the parts and were able to take me in that day and their service was GREAT!! I took my car to them in the morning and I was able to get it back at the end of the day ON THE SAME DAY. The service advisor Matt was super helpful with me and helped me out a bunch. The pricing was pretty much what I had expected with the repairs needed, maybe a little cheaper. They are a very professional shop and get things done quick. Overall, I would very much recommend coming here to this shop whenever you need work on your car.
