All Star Honda Abilene

I recently purchased a car form All Star Honda. First of all, the staff there is top notch, and I received the best service from everyone there! I especially want to point out my salesman Eric. He was so kind and respectful and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my new purchase. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and to make sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Two months ago my 17 year old son went to All-Star Honda to purchase his first car, which he worked hard and saved up for. He was excited to drive a (used) 2016 Kia Sorento home. Unfortunately less than two weeks later, him and his brother were taking their first road trip and the car broke down. We had it towed back to All-Star to get it looked at. About a week later, the tech called and said that the engine seized up and would have to be replaced. They submitted a warranty for the repairs but we would be responsible for $7500 for the repair. Initially I was outraged. My son never made a first payment on his first car that he saved up for and now we would have to pay for a new engine, but at the end of the day this is a used car and was sold as-is.
