Even less than one star if i could. I wouldn’t deal with them at all as you shouldn’t, find your part somewhere where they appreciate your business. Front disk guy “the owner “ as he claims, started insulting the mechanic out of nowhere. Then started yelling aggressively, to prove his point about the part, when we asked him a question about it. He is disrespectful, shady of not letting us see the part and sketchy Now I know why they have such a low review rank in the first place

Bought a 3700 transmission with a 30 day warranty and he would only take cash so that he doesn’t have to refund you the money or they will say credit. I was on day 31 when transmission was finally installed due to holiday closing. I called him because first gear was slipping and he gave the same story most yards do oh I will call you back when I talk to my manager. I never got the call and I own a salvage yard and would never treat my customers this way. Luckily the transmission was fixed and we are good. Do your research heavily when buying parts so that your not stuck out!

I had an amazing experience this morning! I spoke with Eddie regarding a part & he told his employee to pull the part & while we were waiting we were discussing why I needed the alternator. Long story short, he came out to check it with his machine AND I ENDED UP NOT NEEDING TO PURCHASE THE ALTERNATOR! I was so thankful that he took that extra step to check it! He could’ve easily just sold it & went on about his day! We need more genuine ppl like this in the world! I would definitely come back here if I need a part!! Thank you so much Eddie for your help!

I was wary based on previous reviews. These guys were awesome though, went above and beyond to work with me knowing I was driving 4 hours to get a part. Would not hesitate to do business with again. Give them a shot and form your own opinion.

Horrible experience spoke with Moses on the phone and he told me he had a transmission ready to go for an old mercedes. I come in person (I am 1 hour and 30 mins away) to pick it up and the guy tells me they don’t have it any more asked them to double check and after an hour of waiting they didn’t have it wasted nearly 4 hours of my life with these guys. Guy at front was ok but he needs to train Moses a little more
