This company came to our mobile home park and threw their business cards inside plastic baggie with one rock all over our park. There are literally hundreds of baggies all over the street, parking lots, resident's driveways. I called the owner three times to come back and pick these up and he refused. This is mostly a senior community, and he did his advertising by littering. I will be making a police report for littering.
