All Star Tow SJ

My tire popped at 10pm, called insurance and they couldn’t connect me to any tow provider after 1 hr. Called a local 24/7 tow company, waited 2 hours and they don’t show up. Called another one, dude starts snoring on the phone mid conversation. Then I called All Star Tow and they showed up in 35 mins. My tow driver was Mike and he was awesome! He was super professional and friendly! I would recommend this tow company to anyone who is looking for reliability and professionalism. I couldn’t be more grateful for them

The guy promised to arrive in about 45 minutes. The truck arrived in time, loaded quickly and delivered to service. The operator was professional and friendly too.

I called this morning to have my son's car towed to the shop. 10 minutes after my call a flat bed truck shows up . The driver was very friendly, fast and efficient. Car loaded up and 20 minutes after leaving driver calls to inform me he delivered the car to the service dept. The price of the tow was reasonable. If I ever need a tow again I will call this company first.

Had an unfortunate blow out on the 85 ironically on my way to get new tires. I have let's say, "tow trauma" from tows in the past where my cars had been cosmetically damaged. The car is low and I knew immediately it would scrape the front valance if specific care were not taken. The driver listened to my concerns, put down 2 by 8's stacked to create a ramp and gain elevation. At one point it was clearly not enough and instead of plowing up the ramp he heeded my real time feedback on clearance and stopped, backed up, added more wood and went again. Much appreciated, tow was ~20 miles and $234 not the cheapest thing but pales in comparison to the cost to repair a bumper of needless damage. 10/10 would do business again.

Long story short, hit a major pothole on 680, popped 2 tires. Googled and found these guys. Answered the phone right away, told me what I should do, dispatched the tow truck and charged a reasonable price. They even gave me a ride home after dropping the car off at the tire shop. Truck arrived BEFORE the 45 min estimate!! :) Happy customer.
