All Star Towing, LLC

Well where do I begin, I rented an Electric vehicle, and Ran out of battery 500 feet from the charging station. I called Allstar Towing and Joe came to me and families rescue. He towed the car to the Electric charging station only to find that both station were in use and 2 other cars waiting. One of the people charging told us about another charging station in Watertown were we ended up taking the vehicle to get the charge it needed. Joe waited with me and was Completely understanding about the situation I was in and how stressed I was being that this was my first electric car rental. Joe from All Star Tow is in my book a stand up guy, a really good guy and I appreciate his patience and helping me and my family in this situation. Thank you Joe. I will call you again if I have any problem

This guy must get a lot of money to tow from 24 union st. My car was parked there for a medical emergency regarding one of my clients who had fallen on the floor. I was parked for 10 min and when I came down he was there waiting to take my car. The sign says 30 min. The manager at Josephine towards and him must have a good contract in order to take advantage of people like that. I was there in a case of an emergency to help someone in an ELDERLY APARTMENT BUILDING!!! Go make an honest living elsewhere. Seriously. Shame on you.

My car broken down on 84. Tow was called and everything was fast. He got to me fast, he loaded up the car fast, got us to our destination fast. And parked the car right where we asked him to. He also showed concern for my safety. He was my angel today. Thank you, All-Star!

Didn't end up using their towing service, the wonen who answered the phone was very rude.

Good guys that work here they have a lot of patience .
