All Star Transmissions

Amazing place. I was driving through from DFW and still 1.5 hours from my destination when I started having what I thought was transmission issues (RPMs were sitting at around 4500-5000). I was alone driving three kids under the age of 5. I pulled in around 5:45 (I think they were closing at 6). I explained my problems to the mechanic. He hopped in the car immediately and drove around with me to diagnose the issue as well as ran tests on the transmission and engine. He turned the car off and on and that seemed to kickstart everything back into correct gear. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Great mechanics. Fixed all the problems with my 2001 F250 7.3L diesel. B didn't charge for overlapping labor. And gets the work done faster than the standard billing times. Dave some money and they give you a warranty. Great manager. Highly recommended.

Integrity: 5 stars all the way Communication: 2 stars at best. Mike seems to be overwhelmed in the office and has a hard time returning calls or answering the phone. Best way to reach is to just go up there physically. Organization: Not great but they seem to get the job done well enough. Workmanship/knowledge: average…maybe slightly above average. Value: great pricing for the level of work you’re paying for. In my opinion, they’re priced too cheap. Been using these guys for years with my company and personally. I don’t do a great amount of business with them, but maybe two to three times per year. I would rank them at 3.5 if google let me but since they don’t I bump it to 4 based on their integrity. So grateful for their honesty. My normal mechanic told me I needed a new transmission for $7k. A friend recommended I take it to ALL Star Transmision and have them check it out. They cleaned a sensor and reset the shift adapts. Now my truck shifts better than it ever has, and they saved me 90% of what I thought I would have to pay at my other mechanic! Thank you so much!
