I may have reviewed All-State when I purchased my 2026 Maverick (Mavis). This time I am reviewing the service department. I was greeted kindly and on time. The service was also timely and I was on my way very quickly. They offered a shuttle if needed and/or pick up/drop off if I needed it- not this time but good to know in the future. I'm sticking with All-State for all of my service and repair needs. *They do all Fords too, not just trucks!

I had a 90 minute drive to reach All State Ford, so I was very appreciative of the phone, email, and text support in learning about the truck I ended up buying. When I drove up to inspect and assess the truck, Howard Ensor (salesman) was very courteous and helpful, without being pushy. We discussed points of the truck and where he lacked the knowledge he reached out to others for it. I never felt anything of the pressure to purchase as I so often did at other dealerships. It has been 10+ years since I last shopped for a vehicle, so there was a bit of sticker shock. However, as I did my research, I believe I got a good price for a good truck. Dealing with Kevin Shaw on purchasing our new company work van was fantastic. All of my questions through email correspondence was answered in a quick fashion, very to the point, and no BS. I really appreciate the quick delivery from Kevin and his Finance Manager. We drove 5 hrs, signed the papers and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Very good customer service and would highly recommend!
