This company has given every excuse for why I have not received my parts I ordered them September 30th 2024 .First they say the truck turned over in Salina Kansas that was 20 something days after I ordered the parts .Then they say they were reshipping them. Today is November 5th 2024 I still have not received my parts .Now they claimed that on the 3rd and 4th of November 2024 they tried to deliver them and was unable to reach me which is a LIE . I was here and for those of you that think maybe I didn't answer spam call I answer all calls so I have reached out to these people once again. Now they tell me they are going to reshipe the parts from Shreveport Louisiana the truck is supposedly in Dallas Texas. This place needs to be investigated by more than the BBB. I've been dealing with this very unprofessional dump of a so called business since September 2024 when I purchased a so called used engine. I waited on my first shipment for almost 2months without an arrival. I was told it was damaged during shipping and that another product was being re shipped. I waited another 2 months with the same results, no product. When I tried to get my refund of more than $500 I'm still being given the run around, not with the billing department. They somehow will get your phone number on a do not answer list and will not answer when you call.
