Drove for two hours to pick up a used axel they said they would have it ready since I called and was coming from so far away. The didn't have it ready so I waited then they didn't tell me they needed a core ar I would have to pay 200 for a core charge. They finally said okay 100 for the core charge. They told us the axle would probably need a little bit of oil. When I got home and opened it up it was completely covered in rust. Had to spend a bunch more money trying to clean it. Called just to let them know hey probably should warn people he said it sits on a shelf it happens. Said I could come exchange it for another but why would I want to drive for hours again to get another rust filled axel. I understand its used parts but definitely should be more up front about things not good servic
