I was driving a used car I had just purchased from Temple TX to Santa Fe and it started acting funny around Lubbock. By the time I made it lo Littlefield it was stalling out. I found this place by chance but I’m glad I did. Everyone from the front office to the mechanics were extremely helpful and friendly. After the diagnostics test it was deemed to be a major problem. Instead of throwing some parts on it and charging me for parts and labor that would just be a short term fix, they suggested I notify the dealer I got the car from. They were very honest and upfront and bent over backwards to get me to Lubbock to make arrangements for a rental car to get me on my way. I would definitely use AWT for my main mechanic if I lived in the area.
It was a very BAD experience. First, BAD ATTITUDE from the Office Girl towards her customers, I don´t know if she is in charge but we are your CLIENTS not TRASH you can cast your NEGATIVE temperament, I know girls are negative but this is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Second, a DOUBTFULL diagnosis in contrast to the expensive it was. She just told me it was an issue of the battery, HOPE it will be all...
Great service, Steven is a great mechanic, thanks for getting my car fixed in 1 day!! I found myself a new mechanic shop with AWT!!
They have one of the best mechanics in Littlefield they get everything done in a timely manner and get everything out the door as fast as I can
Got our truck out of the ditch for a reasonable price and very quick
