My neighbor recommended AllBrand because of a starting problem I had and was unsure what the cause was. Gary performed tests on a variety of electrical systems and no problem was found. The cost was very reasonable and two weeks later there have beennoproblems. I was very impressed with the professionalism and that I was not charged for repairs that were not needed. This is my new auto repair shop.

After moving to the area, I spent a lot of time searching for a "go-to" shop, and I’ve finally found it. ​I first brought my minivan in for a minor concern; they confirmed it was a simple fix and even provided a no-cost solution. I followed that up with an oil change for my SUV, which was completed quickly and at a very fair price. It’s rare to find a shop that treats you like family and looks out for your best interests. ​Bonus: They have a waiting area but there is also a great coffee shop right down the block!

Gary, Brian, and the crew at Allbrand continued their tradition of responsive, trustworthy service to our family by making same-day repairs to my Prius so I could get back on the road. I left my vehicle, with its several dashboard indicator lights and front left clunking sound. They investigated, called with the diagnosis and estimate, and I was able to pick up my car before the end of the day. I proceeded to make a 600-mile trip with great peace of mind and no incident. Gary and Allbrand did a great job servicing my van. Allbrand was recommended by another local shop who couldn’t accommodate our tall vehicle. They went the extra mile to free a stubborn wheel that had seized onto the hub and get the job done. Also, our van is about 10 feet tall which is too tall to be serviced at many independent garages but not for Allbrand. Will definitely be back.

My ‘93 Camry needed a new alternator but none were available locally. Gary at Allbrands found one online and was willing to order it from California. Now runs great! Excellent communication and very grateful he is willing to go the extra mile and work on my old car.
