I had a great experience here. Excellent service and communication especially from Kendall who figured out a creative solution to my Allison issue. This guy's knows his stuff and was eager fix it and stay in touch while doing so. These guys understand the need to keep the wheels turning.

Good place to get your expensive parts. Not Daiglec& Houghton fault

I was quoted $1,000.00 for the parts and labor of the front left shock and left rear leaf spring replacement for my 2009 ISUZU NPR HD GAS. Rick from the service department said that it would be $850 for just the leaf spring and about $150.00 for the front left shock replacement for the parts and labor.which totals to $1,000.00 all together.(I was quoted the same amount from an Isuzu dealer in MA) Rick from the service department has also mentioned that they are fully booked for a week so I should call him the following week. to schedule an appointment. I have called him the following week and told him that I had to get my left front shock replaced so I had that job done already:all I need is the left rear spring replacement. Crooks! I had to buy a new tow truck because these crooks kept charging me $10,000 literally every time I came in for service on my 2011 International 4300 I’d sue them! If I was the type! They’d quote me low and bill me $10,000 every single time. Nearly went out of business because of these crooks. They should lose their license to operate. These people rob people for a living.

Avoid Ryan the salesman because he is trying to make maximum money on you. Asked for video of a unit running. Never received video. Never received a callback on the unit. They never planned on selling me a unit. (Lied about unit unable to start due to weather.)
