The boys in the parts department are super helpful and knowledgeable. Walked in there to find some bolts and they knew exactly which ones I needed. When they found that they only had one in stock, they went out to the shop to find an extra one from one of the techs. These bolts were rare and I definitely couldn't find them at a hardware store. If I couldn't get them then I wouldn't have been able to finish my truck and get back on the road today! Thank you!!

Excellent service, had a few issues with a truck I bought, but all resolved and super satisfied. Melisa in the front of the service department goes out and beyond when it comes to customer service always takes care of your needs. Highly recommend this place.

Had a 2013 Hino towed there to be evaluated for a blown head gasket. 4 WEEKS later I received a quote for an engine replacement after my 4th email inquiring about the diagnostic analysis they said they would do for me 3 weeks prior. It is now the 5th week, they never responded to my email asking about them actually looking at the vehicle, so I am having it towed out of there to another repair shop. I never write reviews on anything, but this is so completely unacceptable that I was moved to write something so hopefully nobody else has to wait around while this place holds your truck hostage for 5 weeks without looking at it.

Purchased a brand new 2022 Isuzu NQR from Ted. We had many issues from day one. The Key would get stuck in the ignition, the running lights were not wired up properly. The backup alarm was not wired correctly. The local Isuzu dealer said that the wiring job done on the Box was a complete mess and that the lighting circuit had to be rewired. I paid the local isuzu dealer $725.00 so that the truck could be driven. I asked Ted to compensate me $150.00 towards the work done as their company failed to inspect the truck prior to handing it off to me and making sure I was receiving a truck in good working order especially since this was a BRAND NEW TRUCK. In all, I bought a $70K truck and this company wont pay $150.00 towards repairs that needed to get done on a new truck. Now he does not ret
