Allegiance Trucks

They had this truck for 2 and a half weeks, they never offered or provided a spare, and this happened 1 mile down the road. Avoid this garbage company at all costs. You will lose money leasing from them.

I'm a company driver who leases from allegiance/freightliner. Had an issue with the truck 3 weeks back. They said they couldn't get it in until this past Friday. Somewhat understandable, because places get busy. Take it in this past Friday for the scheduled appointment, and they tell me they won't get to look at it until Monday. I called on Monday at 9am, and they haven't even looked at it. Per the lease agreement, they are supposed to provide a spare, but they never do. Avoid leasing from here at all costs. Paying more to lease from Penske or Ryder is worth it to avoid the headache that you'll get here.

Had one of our air brakes go out on our motorhome. Our International chassis is still under warranty, so they were great and fit us in. Had to wait a while, but the fix was done in under 30 minutes when they had a tech available! Thank you for getting us back on the road quickly!

Please avoid leasing here at all costs. They make you wait two weeks to bring it in, and then they don't look at it until days after you drop off the truck. They also never have a spare that they are supposed to provide.

Called at 4:40 to see if they had parts in stock and they put me on hold for 20 minutes till they closed
