Allen, his wife and crew are awesome. Not only did Allen go out his way to help me in a time of need, but his wife also made time in their schedule to squeeze me in. And if you still aren’t convinced, they had more than ample Chances to take advantage and over charge me but they didn’t. They even gave me their honest opinion and referred me to people that specialized in the things I needed. Thank you !

I wish we had found this place sooner! But after 9 years of being in Jacksonville, I’m glad we have! I trust Tina and Allen — which I think is a big deal for an automotive shop where businesses can easily take advantage of clients. I trust that they are keeping our vehicles safe for our family. I initially reached out to Tina when the dealership in Jacksonville told me our Sienna needed over $6k in work done. I took our van to Allen’s for a second opinion, and after they looked everything over, the van only needed about $600 worth of work. We brought our other vehicle to them the next day to have looked over for an honest opinion. We have been back with both vehicles since and have had great service each time! I especially appreciate their communication, thoroughness, and fair pricing! A

I have dealt with several mechanic shops in my lifetime, and I have to say that Allen’s has been by far the best experience. Tina was great and made sure my wife and I were taken care of, after we were given a bad quote from another shop in Jacksonville. They also identified another issue that could have been causing all of these issues (if you go to Take 5 for your oil changes don’t). Allen was great and took over the job because they were short on mechanics yesterday. I would recommend this place for any of your car or truck needs!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this establishment! I’m so grateful to the coworker who recommended this place to me a few years ago. I’ve always received excellent service and never have to question the honesty and integrity of Allen and Tina! When they explain the repairs needed to my vehicle they are patient and thorough. I feel as if they treat me with the respect they would show to a family member or close friend. Being an older, single female, feeling that trust is priceless! I recommend this business to anyone looking for honest, fair and professional repairs to their vehicle!
